Change the sheet number

1.Can sumif be used in array formulas?If so,can show me some examples?

2.How can i change =Sheet1!A1 to =Sheet2!A1 when i darg down the formula ,just as A1,next A2,next A3.However by default in Excel the Sheet Number won't change. Some suggestions? Thanks!
