Is it possible to insert a word doc into Excel, if so how do I do it.
I am not that good with computers and just learning.

Yes it is possible. What do you want to achieve?
Insert - Object - and then either "from file" for an existing Word doc, or create a new Word doc.
But why would you want to do that?
I suggest simply cutting and pasting the document into an extra worksheet. You'll have to format it (and possibly quite a bit), but it should be a lot easier than embedding the object into Excel (in the long run). Let me know if this doesn't work for you and I'll try to dig up something that I've used in the past (embedding the Word doc).
Cut and paste would not be a dynamic link, though, would it? If this is the objective, that is.
