cell matching...kind of..

Hello. I am trying to match a cell conatining 3 digits to multiple other cells that also conatin 3 digits. I need something other than =MATCH because I would like them to have the option to be out of order like.

137 = 173,371,317,713,731 ----- Not just matching an exact number.

Adam, this will require breaking the number up into digits and basically doing a text search on the target ranges.

Can you supply a data sample of your data layout?
