    reports in excel

    Im trying to create a report that will create a summary from some tracking data.
    There are three sheets.
    1. tracking data
    2. what the data tracking task is
    3. a report area

    how can i generate report that will look up what tasks have been done, and not done when i click on the persons name. As i want to print out individual reports for each person.

    Can this be done in excel?

    I have added Vlookup formula's to you Feedback Report Sheet.

    See if that suits.
