Filling values from a total

Hi all,

I'm struggling with this problem at the moment.

Suppose I have received a load of items with various weights, some have the same description:

Load 1 Books 12000Kgs
Load 2 DVDs 15000Kgs
Load 3 Books 2500Kgs
Load 4 Books 1850Kgs
Load 5 DVDs 11000Kgs
Load 6 CDs 1520Kgs

Now suppose I shipped a load of books out, say 13000Kgs

Working from the top, all of load 1 would go and 1000Kgs of load 3 leaving 1500Kgs of load 3 remaining.

Any ideas?

That would depend how your data is organised.
Your example doesn't say much about that.

Maybe you could use something like this:

(Note: kilogram is kg, not Kgs (no matter singular or plural))
