When I am logged onto https://chaseonline.chase.com/Logon.aspx using IE8 I get different results than when browsing with Firefox.
When I choose to list all transactions and those transaction are listed, I then drag to highlight them and then hit CTRL-C.
When using IE8, I then open Excel and choose Paste Special and the headers Trans Date/Post Date/Type/Description/Transaction Number
are all lumped together and only the Amount header is placed in a seperate column.
When the above actions are replicated while browsing with Firefox ALL the headers are placed in seperate columns.
WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE???
For now my solution is to use Firefox to browse that site. But is there a 'switch' in IE8 or Excel that I should use so that
Paste Special works the same irregardless of what browser I am using?
TIA
