Extracting records.

Hello

I have attached 2 spreadsheets as examples of my problem. The one titled '2004-2005 samples.xls' is an example of what I have, the one title 'whatIWant.xls' is...what I want!

Is there an easy (or otherwise) way of doing this - at the moment I am basically manually copying the details over to a new workbook.

Please ask if I need to explain anything.

I've just realised my 'whatIWant.xls' wasn't complete, I've uploaded an updated version!
