    SUMPRODUCT not counting between dates help

    I have set up a sheet to count up entries on sheet1 between two dates on sheet 2. I have used this forumla before with great success. However the data has been extracted from another database into excel and the sumproduct fails to count.

    Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong ??
