I use Excel for my Bill Preparation. Now I have say 10 Clients listed whose Name, Address, Bill Amount, and Bill Number to be charges are stored in Sheet1 of Excel 1. In the Sheet 2, I have the Bill format and the Description of the charges, and the formatting part. Now I want that the BILLS in Sheet 2 (1 Print Out Page)must select the details from the Sheet 1. Now I can do that in the First Bill (by manually entering the cell reference). But later on, when I copy this FIRST Bill (About 45Rows * 5 Columns), And paste it BELOW, the Cell reference go OUT of order as it is relative referencing. Now I need that the if Client Name in BILL 1 is taken from Sheet1!A2, then the Client Name for Bill 2 (which is 50 cells below the Client1 cell) must fetch the valur from Sheet1!A3 instead of some other cell, which is due to the cell referencing. Please Help. I can email the file as well.
