Do you mean you want all the lower case c's together and upper case C's together?
Is so use the Data|Sort option and click Options.. then check case sensitive
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Not realy, I have numbers in previous column so as I will filter the low and high C's then it will also sort with the number.

So then I don't understand... maybe you can revise your sample to be more descriptive and representative of what you are really after....
