    Help getting Data from several Excel Sheets

    Hi,

    this is my first Post here and help would much be appreciated.
    I study medicine in Germany and we're doing a clinical study on Operations.
    We've had a number of Patients come in and fill out a form.
    With this Data an Excel sheet was created for each Patient.
    For Example: the first Column is just a general deescription of the row for example B1 is AGE and then in B2 it's 22(in years).
    This continues, getting more complicated some rows have got 10 or 12 different aspects but each one of them is fixed into a column/row f.e. C8 is Bleeding, these fields are consistant for each patient, meaning C8 is always blank or Bleeding.

    Now my question how to make a file/sheet/programm which reads out all Excel sheets and then gives out something like:
    A1
    264 forms were analysed:

    B1 ......... ..... B2
    Age 34%, 88, 22y

    or

    C1................................... C8
    Complications .....50%, 132, Bleeding

    Maybe even generating graphs???

    I hope you get the general idea, i don't suppose there is a simple solution but if someone could point me in the right direction as where to find the information I need, or help i any other way i'd be very thankfull.
