Excel 2007 : Help writing a formula

I have used conditional formatting to control most of my document, which is a list of dates that change color depending on how close it is to the date referenced in any cell. I have done well so far, but now i need to write my own formula to tell the page to turn cells blue that are more than 2 months old. Example: Today is 3/2 so all cells with January dates of this year would be blue.

Two months old = blue...?
last month = red
this month = yellow
next month = green.

Any ideas?
