rules: Rearranging data

Hello everyone,

This is my first post here, so please bear with me if I accidently break some forum rules.

We have a file that is arranged this way:
1999 2000 2001 2002
xxx 12 15 17 20
xyz 14 17 25 12
zzz 10 10 70 20

We would like to see it like this:

Name Year Price
xxx 1999 12
xxx 2000 15
xxx 2001 17
xxx 2002 20
xyz 1999 14
xyz 2000 17
... and so on

Could you please help?
It is probably not very difficult but I had my excel course ages ago and I'm drawing blanks.
