Excel 2007 : problems with grouped sheets

When i group all my worksheets in excel 07 & insert a copied cell the cells change as per the attached document. why is this?

There's not enough information to begin trouble shooting your issue. Maybe a before and after comparison and a view of your column's header so we can see your column structure.

Otherwise, I'd recommend unmerging all cells and trying again -merged cells cause problems.
