    Conditional Formatting

I was wondering if anyone can help with the following conditional formatting:

In cell A1 I have revenue projected & B1 I have actual revenue if the date in B1 is less than the date in A1, I would like B1 to change colour...

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Zanna

    Re: Conditional Formatting

in B1, go to Conditional formatting...

    Formula is =B1<A1
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Thanks!

I would only require the cell to turn red if there is a number in the cell, is there a way to keep the cell white when it is blank?

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    Can you change the date in A1. (i.e. in A1 = 02/17/2010 & B1 = 02/16/2010)
