Return values and calculate durations from a table of data - Interesting Problem!

Hi guys,

This problem has been driving me crazy so i thought id ask the experts. I have a table of machine orders that i track and manage on a spreadsheet. Each line represents a machine shift with various details such as client, location, shift date plus costs etc.
From this i want to produce an overview report which lists where each machine is and for how long.
Please have a look at the example attached to understand more.

If anyone can help or you need further details please let me know, id be very grateful if someone can solve this.
