    Filter Pivot Tables By Values

    Hi,

I have a Pivot Table which looks something like this:

    -------------------Links
    Sites ---- Ok ---- #N/A
    abc.com ---1,479 --- 10,517
    xyz.com --- 517 ---244
    dfas.com ---548 --- 892
    htfh.com --- 845 --- 218

What I'd like to be able to do is filter the data by two conditions; e.g. where OK is greater than 500 and #N/A is less than 750.

I can't seem to be able to work out a way of doing this easily. If it was plain data the I could do it with a couple of filters but by necessity it's a Pivot.

I had a search on here but couldn't see anything which looked like what I'm trying to accomplish.

    Any help appreciated :-)

In a cell adjacent to the last column of your pivot table . .

Select the cell and drag across to the left, highlighting, essentially, the column fields.
Apply the Auto-Filter. You should then be able to apply filtering to the table as you would "normal" data.

    Thanks - works a treat.

Also, a big thanks to Microsoft for making such an intuitive interface

I don't have an 'advanced' option in thread tools. Just add a poll, unsubscribe and print.

    Weird.
