Excel 2007 : Super Slow Excel Label Printing Format

HELLO,

Need help asap.

I have a format using microsoft office excel 2007 for label printing.
Example of a label is as below:-

(bs1001052) packed stock card
190369336548 with stamps
Yip Hin Wai
RM11.90

The above is preset exactly to a lable in a sheet which consist of 20 gum labels so after printing it is then peeled off to be pasted on each lot

My problem is this:-
(a) whenever I open this label format it takes more than a minute to appear on screen.
(b) and irrespective of words or no of lines when "enter" in keyboard is pressed it takes 15-20 seconds to complete before I can proceed to the next entry. ( you can see the ball rolling )

Other excel format do not have such problem. I think all the copied links from ebay ( for the first two lines copied into the format) cut and paste method, remains uncleared and is still there since day one.

Is there a way to clear all links imbedded in this format or something else I cannot figure out??
