Lookup value in a Matrix based on Two A<x>B criteria

    Hey all,

Please help...got a tricky one here, been at it for ages with no luck....

Trying to find a way to pick a Price out of a matrix, based on Height and Width of the of a cutsom part.
so basically... the columns represent width of the part, and the rows height of the part, with each row/column having 2 labels.. minimum and maximum height/width for that row/column.
easiest way to explain this is showing you, please see attached picture example of my dataset.

The formula I need (in cell C15) needs to ...
look at Height value in A15, then find correct row based on Lessthan/geaterthan values in columns A&B of the price table
    AND
look at Width value in b15, then find column based on Lessthan/geaterthan values in rows 1 & 2 of the price table
    AND THEN
deliver the value at the intersection of the resultant row/column.

EXAMPLE: the result in the formula in the picture should be "$10"

I've tried many things but they were all wrong.
    any help much appreciated.

Note... the labels in the pic should read ">=" and "<=" respectively (lessthan or equal to and greaterthan or equal to)

    THANKS IN ADVANCE
