Trying to multiply two =ROUNDDOWN(C4/Sheet2!B3,0), =ROUNDDOWN(D4/Sheet2!C3,0)?

In easier terms, I need to multiple both of these Pink highlighted cells which are formulas, F4 and F8 and in one cell and get a total of 14…I tried putting this formula together and I just come up with an error, PLEASE HELP as I know this is simple.

Please see attachment for what I am trying to do, thanks in advance for your help!
