Excel 2007 : compare two spreadsheets in

bonjour les amis,

I've got two spreadsheets that i want to compare the data. The first sheet is our yearly inventory and the second sheet is our official inventory. I would like to prepare a forumula ( match or vlookup?) that compares the 2010 inventory to our official inventory and returns a list of the decrepencies (IE highlight the bikes on the global inventory that are not on the 2010 inventory)
