Force a formula to use the format I want.

I have a set of x values and a set of y values. I've been told that the formula is of the form y=1.04x+b and I'd like Excel to calculate the b that gives the closest fit. When I chart the numbers, Excel is suggesting things like y=1.086x+16.5 and I just need to tweak the slope of the line a little bit and see what the best fitting y intercept would be.

Can I do this in Excel?
