I'm working in Excel 2007 and I'm having problems editing a calculated field's value setting.

I have fields "110 Actual" and "110 Budget". I create a new calculated field called "110 Difference". The formula for "110 Difference is 110 Actual - 110 Budget.

When "110 Difference" is added to the values area, it's automatically calculated as a sum ("Sum of 110 Differences").

My problem is that when I try to edit the field settings, the name of the field changes, but the actual calculations don't. Assume my row's "Sum of 110 Differences" is 100. When I change the value setting to average, the title changes to "Average of 110 Differences", but the row's value is stuck at 100.
