Excel 2007 : 2003 function missing in 2007??

Hi I have a question regarding bubble chart. In excel03 you can right click the bubbles and choose format --> option (or similar steps) then you can shrink the bubble size below 100% to avoid excessive overlapping.

I can't find such an option in excel2007. Anyone know how to adjust the % of bubble size in excel 2007?

Do you mean:

Right-click bubble -> select Format Data Series -> on Series Options heading change 'Scale bubble size to:' ?

Oh true!! I always thought the "scale size to" only works if you choose "Width of bubbles"
