    Hidden page cannot unhide.

Hello, we have been given an excel workbook to work with. When trying to email it it says there is a virus in it.
We have deleted every sheet and inserted a new one but it is still there.

Not a VBA guru but if I open up the code window it shows sheet1 (the one we inserted) and sheet2, the one which we cannot see.

If we go to format > sheet > unhide it does not show a hidden sheet in there.

We are getting around it by cutting the sheets we need from the original and putting them into a new book, this allows us to send it then.

I was wondering if there was another way of seeing the hidden sheet and maybe finding out who put it there.

    Thank you.
    Greg.

if you can get that far in the code window its probably not password protected
so click on sheet 2 in project explorer then click view/properties window then see if sheet is set to hidden/veryhidden
use the drop down to change back to -1-xlsheetvisible
