How to combine existing cell data with static data into a new cell

Hi folks,

What is the most efficient way of combining existing cell data with additional static data within a new cell? In my simple example I need to change a numeric value contained in one cell into a URL saved in another. Once this operation is done for a single cell, I would like to copy that cell throughout the remainder of the column.

Example:

A1 = 12345, B1 should be: http:myaddress/12345.jpg
A2 = 98765 B2 should be: http:myaddress/98765.jpg

Can anyone help a non-power user out? Please speak slowly... lol
