To match data of similar coding

Hey friends

I have trying so much but i have no idea what's going wrong with Vlookup. I explain you :--

Sheet name : list
Sheet name : databank

In list sheet :
column a : code
column b : name
column c : desg
column d : address

In databank sheet :
column a: code
column b : name
column c : address
column d : desg

Please note that, some party coding is same but name is different. Now my requirement as below :

In list sheet : In C4 position required as : "Director" which is as per databank sheet in D9 position. Please note that, both party code is same but name is different & in C5 position required as : "Director" which is as per databank sheet in D10 position. Please note that, both party code is same but name is different.

If through Vlookup not posible then please let me know the other any solution on above matter.
