Are you know some options which give me possibility to in one column erased all cell where we have more than one times some values(double, triple ..),for example:If i have in three cell same values i wont to erase two of them, one will remain. I tried with conditional formatting but without success.
    Thanks in advance

Try Advanced Filter, then check Unique records only, then designate whether you want to copy over your old data or move the list of unique records to a new location.

If darkyam's solution does not work for you, then....

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

    Re: erase cells

    Hi,
Ok, I will try to describe better my task, I attempt to take from one column only per one cell from every group, for example I have three cells with identical values I need only one from they in my new column, if in column cell which have unique value it has be move in new column also.

Then advanced filter should work for you. If you have values in another column that you want to transfer over, do the advanced filter suggestion, then, assuming your original list was A1:B100 and your new list of unique values from A begins in D1, E1 can have =VLOOKUP(D1,A$1:B$100,2,0) and that can be dragged down as necessary.

    Re: erase cells

darkyam's solution works fine, here is a similar explanation from kb
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262277
I tried it on your example, for some reason you have merged cells, and it did not work, once I un-merged the cells the filter copied unique values fine.
