Repeat and automatically add existing formula in new page or row

I'm having trouble repeating this form. I need what is visible in the picture to continue down to page 6. Same form per page, but with blank values and not connected so time can all be entered per day. If I add in a new hire name, I would like the formula to already be there when i insert a new column. I've tried most the methods I know , and can't seem to get the formula automatically into the newly created cells.

It would be best to post spreadsheet sample (.xls or .xlsx) rather than .jpg so people can see better what you have underlying and test solutions.....

... have you tried converting data to Tables?

Hi, here is the sheet in xls format.

I haven't tried tables as I wasn't sure how to implement that since I've already done the work manually, without having to start all over again. Which may be what i have to do anyway.

Are you using 2003 or 2007?

Well, from my sampling in both they work a bit differently

In XL2003, I selected A6:AR33 and went to Data|List|Create List

Now, when I click on Cell A33, a new row pops up with a * in it.. just start filling in the blanks, the formulas are autocopied and will calculate..

in XL2007, You select same range, then go to Insert and Select Table icon at far left. To enter new data you have to insert a row manually by select Row below table (Row 33) and right click >> Insert. Start inserting data and formulas autopopulate...

Not sure how well this translates to OO.
