merge contents of a row of data into one cell separated by a comma

Hi there,

I have a row of numbers all in different cells (E5:AG5).

Is it possible to merge all these numbers into one cell separated by a comma?

eg;
from:
24 40 41 42

to:
24, 40, 41, 42
