Should I use excel or access for this type of data?

Not sure which forum to post this in, but this is what I am trying to do.
At this stage I am assuming using a spreadsheet but realise I may be better to use something else, eg a data base of some kind.

I will have 2 drop down menus, one containing up to 50 choices lets say different fruits, the other maybe 15 choices lets say country of origin.

Depending on the choice from the above drop down menus I would then have another 7 cells which would allow the person to input information eg what language, weight of item etc.

The last part would be to submit the above info into a box that could then be copy/pasted to the users own word document.

So it could end up looking like this.....
Lemons, Egypt, Cairo, English, 50 kilo, 7 days.
Which would be copy/ pasted eleswhere.
