You could use the HYPERLINK() function in an adjacent cell to your drop down to create a changing hyperlink that linked to the proper target. You would have to select from the drop down, then click the hyperlink. No macro.

To have it happen it simultaneously would require a worksheet_change macro watching that drop down cell.
