find word in a cell

I have 2 sheets as per sample
I need help with the following
On sheet 1 where in cell C7 it says time Place I need the time to say 1 in cell E3 on sheet 2
And where it says place in the same cell C7 I need it to say in cell D3 on sheet 2
sometimes the same word appears twice in same cell which would be marked as 2

in cell D3 on sheet 2 put this formula. Copy across and down

=(LEN(Sheet1!$C7)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(UPPER(Sheet1!$C7),UPPER(D$2),"")))/LEN(D$2)
