Merging a file to defined file format

I have a data file I pull and it has to be converted to a specific file format complete with what I believe to be word art, he word art represents and arrow that is a specific area.

The problem is the data file to input into the defined file format does not match row to row so I would need to merge somehow, I can send an example as this is hard to explain.

Let me know if you would like an example and if you have any ideas on how to do this any way by manually copying, thanks.

    Rwab,

It appears that your thread has been overlooked. However, with comments like
    Thought there were experts here??
, it is very possible that it may be overlooked again. I may be misinterpreting the tone of your previous & if so, I apologise. If your post doesn't get any responses over a period of days it is usually sufficient to add a post that simply says "bump".

To make it easier for anyone to help you, can you please upload a new sample file that illustrates the "before" & "after" and include some explanation of the necessary logic (+ more explanation in your post)?
(it may be "hard to explain" but it can be even harder for helpers to read your mind)
