Excel 2007 : Cross referencing across multiple tabs within the same workbook.

Hey guys,
Alright here's the deal, I have a excel workbook with 33sheets (Sheet1-33 respectively) that I need to cross reference Column A starting at Cell 2 across all of the affor mentioned sheets. I am looking to find out which entries show up on all the sheets and counts the others telling me how many total they show up across. I appreciate all the help .
