Append a string in excel

I have a form and want to place * and * at the end of each string typed by the end user.

I.E.) User types INV04492

Excel would place in the cell : *INV04492*

Any recommendations?

Thanks! That's what I was looking for. Havn't had to use excel much the past two years so i'm a bit rusty. that's the format i needed!
