I need a solution for my text cells to combine text cells from existing rows.

Hello,

I have 4 rows of blank cells and text cells combined randomly. Each row has 23 cells now. Every 4 rows, I separate the cells have a text value. The contents of a cell with text comes alongside the contents of another cell with text in a row.

I need a formula that works for all my rows. Also if the rows are updated. The content of the rows will change randomly. It already takes a time for me for this to work. With the current contents of row 1 matrix formula works well.

It does not work for other rows. I have no solution or a formula that I can use.
