I have been given a document to work on and it is not normally my field so i am struggling a bit, the document is a simple calculation sheet of how many days sick staff have per month per year, the document is pretty much already there but it has one item that i need to disable or turn off and that is when you select a persons name information tags are displayed a bit like a roll over on a web site I just need to stop this happening

any help would be great
