    Question Data Entry

Hi every one- Happy New year 2010 to ALL!

I have come across a unique problem. I have to prepare a worksheet for obtaining the offers from bidders on-line. For obtaining their confirmations to certain clauses of the tender, I need to get their confirmation in one cell next to the cell containing the clause. I want to indicate just a short description of the clause in the active work-sheet and provide a button next to that clause, to enable the viewer to go to the cell containing the relevant clause in the other work-sheet in the SAME workbook (like the embedded object) and when the user clicks a OK button there, the control should come back to the active(main) sheet for their confirmation.
Is it possible in excel? I can's use anything out of the work-book as this has to be uploaded in the web-site.
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot in advance.

    Re: Data Entry

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
