    Time Related Event

Hi, This one's driving me crazy...should be easy.
I have a column of consecutave days dedicated to an employee.
If the employee misses a day of work his record is charged for that day.
However, once he goes for a period of 30 days without missing, he get back a credit of 1/2 day.
This rule continues for the year.
    Any ideas? Thanks.

Yep. Post a sample workbook that exactly duplicates the structure of your real workbook using non-sensitive or personal data and show us how you "charge" the employee for missed time.
