I have a spreadsheet in which I dump my daily data and have some pivots in it which I refresh to get the previous days data . Is there a way my excel can automatically mail my active sheet as an attachment through " Lotus Notes "

Yes, this should be possible (depending on any network permissions that you may be constrained by). The links I've recently posted in the below thread may help:
