    Hey!
Didnt really get what you require.. it seems that the due date for replacement of each part is different... so wot date do u want this to work on when u r working on sheet1? if u want the Alarm for each part of the customer u wudnt need to have different sheets... can work it out in the same sheet...

Dunno if thats wot u require, but have a look...

    Regards

I want formula in sheet1 on f2 location. I have no of sheets approx 50 sheet & i creat index sheet of those 50 customer.

Any due date suppose 21 dec 09 & some part due date is 28 dec 09 also more 21 jan 10, if today is 21 dec 09 then i required only next 7 day due date i.e. 21 dec 09 to 28 dec 09 mentioned message "alarm (due date is: 24 dec 09)." with sound / continue beep i.e. before 7 days i required which customer is due for repair.

Mohitspamz, this is not a chat room. Could you try to use proper English words instead of abbreviations, for the benefit of posters whose native language may not be English and/or those who may not be familiar with the chat room code.

    thanks

Btw, the alarm is just a reminder 1 day before the due date, if u want to change that, u cud change "N9-TODAY()<2" part of the formula to 3,4,5...
