how can I send only 1 tab to email ?

Hi,

I have a worksheet with lots and lots of tabs in it and they are all colored accordingly. I need to send only one of the tabs by email (not the whole excel file) and it seems that on excel 2007, this cannot be done or better said, it's more hidden and I cannot find it.

Any help please!!!!!!
