Repeat names in pivot table

Hi!

I have a huge pivot tabel (25 000 lines), and I want the name to appear on every line. It`s too much job to copy down the names. Can you help me?

There is no way to repeat pivot table row headings in every row
within a pivot table. Depending on what you ultimately want to do, there
may be other approaches.

I`m gonna use the list in another program, so ultimatly I want to break the connection to the pivot table. I tried to find a "if expression", but havn`t figured out how to solve this yet..

Try this:

Copy the Pivot to a new sheet and paste special - "values"

Highlight the columns you want the names to be repeated in

Press Ctrl+G ; Select "Special" ; Select "Blanks" then OK

All the blank cells should be highlighted

now press "=" and the "up arrow" (your formula bar should display something like "=A3") then press Ctrl+Enter

All the highlighted cells will be equal to the ones above it. Check that everything is filled in. If you're happy, copy the columns and Paste "special" to avoid any errors if you're going to sort the data since the cells are formula based, and any sorting can change the effect
