Sure,
Easiest is to have an additional column in your table like (e.g. in H2)
=G2>0
This will result in TRUE/FALSE.
This can be used as a 'report filter' in the PT.

I was thinking about the same thing, but I want to base this "greater than" on the total in the pivot table.
This is an accounting report based on a table with a lot of lines, where we have to explain amounts greater than 100.000 on the account level. Accounts can consist of several lines.
I found a solution to this problem, by using Autofilter on the PivotTable. See more details in this link.
