Excel 2007 : Cannot scroll in Office 07

I am having problems with Excel 2007. I am not able to scroll down/up with the wheel mouse. The wheel mouse works with every other application including Word. I have tried all of the things below with no success.

1. Removed all of the frozen panes from the document.
2. Tried with scroll lock on and off.
3. Restarted the worksheet
4. Restarted the computer.

The problem did not start occuring until this morning. I have been using Office 07 for quite some time with no problems. I did try something that got it to slightly work although it isnt the same as it was. I went into Excel Options > Advanced Tab > Zoom on roll with IntilliMouse. This problem is driving me insane. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

this is related to the mouse software suite on ure machine.

if you have it...check under properties and see if there is an exception tab for either 'excel' or 'office suite' and check it.

else, change the mouse or install the software suite that comes with the mouse in use.

else delete the entire mouse software suite....and try
