Index and Match function returning same values

Hi Guys

In cell G51 of sheet "My Overview", if two people have the same scores it pulls through one person twice in F51 and F52, how can i overcome this?

From what I can tell (no data) the range references in your formula are not correct:

That will work assuming Vacant entries will always be 0 (given you have multiple instances thereof)
Of course you need to correct your other formulae such that you're returning 0 rather than Null and/or alter the IF test accordingly
