Formula to combine and sort two tables by ascending value

DonkeyOte, Paul, and a number of others have helped me with formulas to combine and sort two tables. This table contains an error that's apparently beyond my ability to find or repair. The results for Boat A become misaligned at the first result, and the final result for Boat B returns the wrong values. Thanks for any help.

    Wouldn't this be simpler...

The zeros can be suppressed with cell formatting or by turning off zero-display in the Tools > Options setup screen, though I think they're fine as is.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think it will work for the intended purpose of various charts. Here's the final product which I currently sort manually in the third yellow area. I'm attempting to automate the sorting to eliminate errors in sorting as well as time.

Ahh, that works beautifully. Thank you so much - again.
