Format cell to colour code with 11 colours

    Hi,

I have a worksheet that needs to be colour coded according to the value within. So far, there are 11 colours that must be used and I am colour coding it manually.

I tried using conditional formatting to try and get it done automatically but realised it will not work since it can only be set up to a max. of 3 conditions.

How do I go about formatting of the cells to do the above automatically?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi chengjoo, welcome to the forum

you would need to use VBA macros to create more than three conditional formats in Excel 2003. Try to search the Programming forum, or, (I know the forum search has much to be wished for) use Google with site:excelforum.com
