    If Cell is blank, cell=cell above

    I need a macro that will look for blank cells in a range and then fill them with the value of the cell above them.

    I've attached a before and after.

    Macro probably not necessary. Try this:

    Select column A and then hold the CTRL key and select A1.

    Then go to Edit|Go To and click Special....select Blanks and click Ok.

    enter an = sign and hit the up arrow key.

    Hold the CTRL key again and hit ENTER.

    You may have to fix whatever was in A1.

    Repeat for column B and then for C...
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
